Dr. Vradenburg uses Applied Kinesiology as his Primary Chiropractic Technique

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system that evaluates structural, chemical and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing with other standard methods of diagnosis. The AK technique allows the doctor to locate a muscle that is imbalanced. Every muscle correlates to an organ, acupuncture meridian or body system. The muscles, if functioning properly, maintain spinal alignment and health. Dr. Vradenburg studied under George Goodheart, DC, Victor Frank, DC, Alan Beardall, DC and other original developers of AK.

AK is:

  • Is a diagnostic system using manual muscle testing to augment normal examination procedures.
  • Was founded and developed by Chiropractor Dr. George J. Goodheart, Jr.
  • Skills have been further developed by members of the ICAK
  • Is a postgraduate specialty.

ICAK endorses the use of its skills by licensed health professionals only.
